hi i,ve been trying to research a glass lady figure i own .its been snapped off its base but is otherwise perfect(no base)i,ve noticed its on the front cover of the lampworkers bimini pirrelli catalogue(bottom left perched on a ball small stem then a large ball.mine has broken just below the small ball.what i,m wondering is is it worth repairing?.thanks dave.

Hello Dave, and welcome to the board. It sounds like your figure is a Komaromy. Could you add photos so that we can see it and be able to confirm that? I have no idea if it's fixable or whether it'd be worth it, but I'm sure others will have advice and opinions to share with you.

I collect Komaromy Figures and hate the thought of this one languishing broken and not on display.

Thank you for replying.  I have been unable to load the photo's on this site for some reason, if anyone has any tips i will upload photo's.  It is the same as in the link that vidrioguapo put on from the lamp workers catolougue. Thanks Dave

I don't believe she's Komarovy, sorry. 
She has great thick ankles - Komarovy ladies don't.
The rest of the modelling isn't right either.

I don't think it helps that Dave's photos are rather small and blurry.

Maybe it's the angle the pics are taken from? 
She doesn't look at all elegant to me. 

But you know far more about Komarovy than I do, rosieposie.
