If anyone is a watcher of the BBC TV series Call the Midwife, in episode 3 of the current series I spotted what appeared to be a toughened tumbler being used. :)  (In previous series they had a Sowerby water set in use in Nonnatus House at mealtimes...  I love to see genuine items being used in these shows.)

fairly sure I've seen the Davidson 'Jacobean' tumblers being used in more than one period drama during the past year or so............  the most recent was probably one of the Foyle's War repeats.         They are quite distinctive, and are still found not uncommonly in various bric-a-brac and charity shop outlets.

Did you see my smaller Crystolac one on the previous page of this topic? Reply #9...  I now have three... that's a collection!  ;D
