Tomesti: a crystal forgotten?

            I'm surprised to have a small oddity:
                 Sticlârie  - Tomesti, ( Romania ).
   No reference exists in this forum, and very Little i found online regarding this Factory.


        Estoy sorprendido de tener una pequeña rareza:
              de la fábrica Sticlârie - Tomesti, Rumanía.
Ninguna referencia existe en este Foro y muy poca he encontrado en Internet a propósito de esta Fábrica.

Thank you for bringing this unknown factory above the table. Romania has - at the latest count - some 100 glass factories, none of which are actually known by name. They produce mainly for third parties in Europe.  Not having a proper brand, a proper name, designer and a proper signature means that you will never be famous for your own produce. It takes stability and a good PR sense to make yourself known in this world. Romanian factories have not had a major merger and rebranding.  Sad or not, this is a consideration for the industry minister.
