Iridescent heart vine vase
« on: October 03, 2013, 03:46:43 PM »
I think we got this in a mixed lot auction buy (local auction).

Unsigned.  My initial thought was recent asian but looking at the base, pontil scar, and ring wear, I'm thinking maybe not.  There is some wear on the base that's not really evident in the photo.  I can't tell how old it might be.   I know several studios made heart leaf vine vases but I haven't found one yet that was just this shape.     Any help?

6-1/2" tall, 7-1/2" wide, 3" base, 3" mouth.

TIA, -Buck
