Thank you, as ever, Paul. Great results.

What a variety of designs! Most of them could hardly be described as run-of-the-mill stuff either. Little wonder that the Coalbourn Hill Glass Works ended up producing chandeliers and glass furniture to rival that of Osler.

It will take me while to assimilate the designs into the project, but I will send links to Angus MacDonald in the Museum at South Shields who is trying to make some sense of the connection between the Joseph / Jane Webb & moulds and Edward Moore's output for his forthcoming book on Edward Moore glass .

For reference, photos of a Jane Webb & Joseph Hammond… RD 268883 (19 December 1872 – Parcel 3) boat-shaped flower trough.  ‘Clinker-built’ sides and plain base externally frosted, ‘bobbled’ top edge, sloping flat stern with registrey date lozenge to the exterior. 11 ¾ inches long x 2 9/16 inches wide  x 1 15/16 high at the prow.

Here are photos of a Jane Webb & Joseph Hammond… RD 263540 (21 July 1872 – Parcel 6) isosceles triangular clear glass flower trough in accord with the first two design representation shown in reply #5 of this thread. The appropriate registry date lozenge is on the base of the smooth interior.  The longest top side measures 6.7 inches, and the two shorter sides 4.8 inches, and stands 2.2 inches high (including the stub feet).
