Glass maker/engraver name help please

Hello,
I have acquired a piece of glass (a large bell) that has the name Bryn Smart hand-etched on it and a number (475). Despite trawlling the net, I can't find any info on him...any one familiar with this chap? who he worked for? Self employed? The bell dates to the late 70's. Thank you.
