Please be careful with this e bay item

Hi All,
the lister of this item is going to change the listing after a bit of checking.  The item is a GENUINE Whitefriars plain glass block with 5+1 facets and an engraved Whitefriar and issue number. It was probably sold off after being surplus to one of their 3 "plain" paperweights, hence the high issue number ( 1972 Munich Olympics, 1972 Queen's silver wedding or the 1976 Glass Manufacturers 50th Anniversary). Someone has subsequently made it "pretty" by adding a transfer or decal to the outside of the base.

Cheers,

Tony          http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/360811076439?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

PS My interest is only to avoid problems for site users. I have no other interest in this paperweight.
