Chance Glass -- Small Dish?

Hi there:

My guess this IS Chance Glass.  Smaller item....candy dish??  Has a Gold edge on it.  Not sure of the Flower on it....LOL.  About 4 by 5 inches.  Just looking for a *Positive* ID.  Thanks
