Bernd Horst
« on: June 05, 2014, 10:54:44 AM »
Hi All,
I'm not sure this is the right location but ....

I'm sure you will all join me in sending our deepest condolences to Ian Cummings, whose partner Bernd Horst passed away last week. Bernd and Ian have run "Weights-n-Things" for many years and have been stalwarts of the Paperweight Collectors Circle. Bernd was a great guy and his passing is such a shock and much too early in life. Bernd and Ian were just in the process of moving to England and looking forward to a new chapter in their lives.

This is such a tragedy!

Tony

Thank you for posting this, Tony. Yes, sad news indeed!

I will leave this message in the Paperweights forum (rather than move it to News) as Bernd will no doubt have been mainly known to paperweight collectors worldwide.
