Glass and copper fish. ID = Filip Ravert, Romania

Has anyone seen this type of art glass, and if so I'd love any information you can give me. It is signed either flip or flep I think. Thanks for any help.

Possibly by a Romanian artist.  Please could we have a close up clear photograph of the signature.

Thanks you are right. Do you know anything about the artist/company, I went to the site but when I clicked on English that is as far as I got. Did see the same fish but a lot shinier then mine.

Thanks, in fact I already emailed two sellers on ebay and told them they have the wrong artist listed. It is Filip Ravert not Filip Vogelpohl since it is the same signature as mine.
