Murano glass Vase blue with white swirling canes

Hi everyone...

I was hoping that should someone have a lead on this piece.....the vase is blue with white canes running on the outside.
The base is finished with a thickish tube like foot and then there are 6 broken off spots where it was, i resume, attached to the rod. Smoothed off.

The vase stands 33cm tall
