Your vase is fab! Looks like gluechip, a technique mainly used for flat glass. Gluechipping has been around since 1891 (patent date) and was used by the Boom glass factory in Belgium in the 1930s under the name "dentelle". There have been other makers who used the process (I think Moser did) but information on this particular subject is hard to find.
