I suppose I'd better stop all this wibbling, creating extra work for mods.
(Still at home at 21?  :o )

But your beast does merit a conversation and loads of comments. We can't have something like this disappear onto the next page and get missed. ;)

I have over 100 images of Monart pendant shades on my data base, but I can say safely that is the best colour scheme I have seen.
The shape code is possible S22 (from the Monart lighting catalogue), which was normally used as the top of a mushroom lamp, though I have seen one other S22 as a pendant shade.
May I use some of your images for my personal research.

A bit of an update Gary, your shade is shape S6, as shown below. The writting is a bit blurry (my fault) on the image.

hi Gary
thanks for your reply and yes feel free to  use images, I should get better ones at end of week as Keith took some with his camera whilst mines are just through my phone hence poor quality so il forward others if he sends them , as for the shape, S6 the sides goes inwards at  the rim whilst mines doesn't so im not convinced that is the shape lol

Below is shape S13, from the Monart lighting catalogue. This shape has hole at the top to take a lamp holder and hung from a flex in the ceiling rose.

There was a tv programme, "Light and Dark" on last night.
They showed an image of a fabulous nebula at the beginning, that looked exactly like this shade.

Whatever designed the nebula must have taken inspiration from the Ysarts. ;D
