Picked this up today, according to my book started in 1976 and the original price was 50p more than I paid for it ! not seen that type of label before.

Hi Keith.  I have seen that label on a few engraved weights from the 1970s - I don't know how long they used it for though.  I have also had a blue box with 'Caithness Engraving' in gold.
