Just to add to the idea of Glassobssessed, I have certainly seen Romana vases with green like this as well,  unlike the typical/classic red-blue colours it is found in,

Some shape and colour variations, the vases come in a couple of sizes too.

Nice photos Glassobsessed.  I have observed the vases in four sizes. About 15cm about 24cm, 30cm and even one at about 38 or more, possibly a rare display sample. Other vases made by Mstisov occasionally surface in the 38 cm + size too sometimes but I have only ever seen one Romana in that kind of size, great glass from this factory around this time. For general interest of members, there is a great painting of Romana production that exists, reproduced on Jindra's czsklo site somewhere, of this glass being blown, in an article on Mika, who held a senior position there, who designed some ranges for Karlovarske Sklo, including the peacock vase...
