Antique Controlled Bubble Scent bottle or Decanter star cut base ID Please ?

Hello everyone
i have this beautifully made scent bottle in lead crystal or clear glass it looks to have a significant amount of age i would guess late 19th / early 20th century. it is of excellent quality and has a cut "star base"

i was hoping someone out there could help me ID this
