'JR' mark on enamelled Bohemian vase - Josef Riedel?

Hello, I am asking about this vase for a friend; it is a finely enamelled Bohemian (I am assuming) glass vase, and has an interesting 'JR' mark on the base. She is wondering if it could possibly be by Josef Riedel, but I have never seen this mark before associated with Riedel...does anyone have any ideas on who the mark may belong to?
