I have no idea of these vases

They are both the same height of 31 cm
the rim is crisp
The pontil is a bit dimpled.
Its white glass
Some is hand painted .
If I can just have a direction.

Bohemian, just before 1900, probably from a set of 3: a tall one on top of the cabinet, the smaller ones either side. It is called a garniture.

Alternatively if you have 2 they are called altar or chimney vases, the latter may at one time have had a matching clock...

Thin blown milk glass, decorated in cottage industry.

I should add that some of the dark green reacts to the purple light from the inside
