ID Help: Amber & Green Sommerso Bowl with Circle Disk Base

Could anyone help identify the maker of this heavy green & amber bowl with molded disks on the base? Measures 7 1/2" diameter, 3" in height, and 1" thick. Thank you.

Hi, this is very likely by Seguso Vetri D'Arte based on similar labelled ones I've seen. Never seen the circles in relief before though, lovely feature.

I really hadn't thought it being Murano glass. My first assumption was WMF of Germany. If you image search that company and sommerso, there are several cut glass pieces with this distinctive color combination. Could not find a bowl though.
