Get varifocals like what I have (if they suit). I always have the right pair on

I currently have 4 pairs, all 5 years out of date. Varifocals give me constant headaches. I tried them for a whole month but could not manage at all.

They were only useful for supermarket shopping and I avoid supermarkets now.

It might be worth trying again, as varifocal lenses have evolved considerably in recent years
