Topic: Optical Vase ID Help!!

[The Glass Staircase]

Hi all!

I'm needing help identifying this clear / blue optical vase. It is 8 inches high , has a 8.5 inches diameter rim and a polished concave pontil mark. I did some research but have only came up with Steven & Williams? Tiffin Glass Co. also did a range very similar and in same colour but to date I haven't found it in this shape. Any help is greatly appreciated !
