ID needed for orange art glass vase

I bought this in a charity shop about 18 months ago and I'm still yet to identify who possibly made it. It's 12.25 inches high , 6.5 inches at its widest point and has a 3.25 inches diameter rim. Base has a lot of wear and a rough concave pontil mark. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
