Blue pressed milk glass lidded bowl or sugar.

Said to be Victorian which I'm sure it is, but no markings unfortunately.  Lid and bowl both made in a three part mold. I've looked through all my books and online references but can't find it. 
Any ideas please?

You could be right although I couldn't find it on the available catalogues online.
The actual colour is slightly more greenish than shown in my pic.  For some reason, blues never come out accurately when I take photos ::)
