Dear Ross,

first thoughts search against " Incalmo glass " and try that....Vistosi et al played in this way.....worth a deeper dive.

Andrew

The bottom looks 'wrong' for the Venini-Wirkkala range, there shook be quite  pronounced kick up base, plus I've yet to see an unsigned example, but I could also be wrong  ??? 8)
If I know, I'll comment. If I think I know, I'll have a go. If I have no idea, I'll just keep quiet and learn from others, so the next time I'll know.

The vase is very small measuring nearly 11cm high and is very delicate fine glass, would this be a reason why it is not signed?

As far as I am aware, there were 5 bottles in this series. There is one very similar to your, but only two colours, straw yellow & red, and measuring 7" (17.78cm) high & 7.25" (18.4cm) diameter.
So I guess it isn't signed because it isn't Venini-Wirkkala  ??? IMHO

Small and lightweight, could be lampworked, heat struck colours?

Photos are a bit on the small side, longest side around 700 pixels usually works well.
