Topic: Unidentified Vase. ID = Mihai Topescu, Romania

Good evening. I'm new to this forum, so I hope I'm requesting information in the correct stream.
I have recently purchase a delightful vase which has a signature. For the life of me I cannot interpret the signature so I thought it prudent to ask whether you fine folk can perhaps identify. My pics don't do the vase justice, but I took them with my phone.

Unfortunately I do not recognise the signature either but someone else probably will. If you could add the height of the vase and a photo of the base they would both be useful in making this topic a reference for the future.

The vase is 30cm tall and very heavy.

I have added two more pics: there are no obvious markings on the base.

Thank you Kevin: they are really interesting examples of the signatures. I'm beginning to get a 'feel' for how difficult signatures can be to interpret. Thank you for the information.
