Footed blue vase with gilded decoration

Found this footed blue vase with gilded decoration and bevelled opening...
first thought of a czech maker or maybe french... then I searched for german makers as well
no results yet.... time to ask the specialists...
Art Deco or even older i believe... 10inch 25cm in height.... and ideas?
