Stuck with Yellow mid-century with "Made in Sweden" label
« on: November 03, 2017, 09:02:27 PM »
Evening all. Would appreciate some suggestions on this one - it's stumped me (doesnt take much! ;)
It's a lovely deep yellow, a touch cloudy...modern in shape...the remains of a made in Sweden (navy) label. It almost reminded me of Ekanas - just because of the unusual lovely colour...No pontil. Cheers lesley x

aaargh sorry about the side photo....

I have an Aseda vase in yellow.  I think by Bo Borgstrom (but might have misremembered that).
It looks similar in colour but yours seems to have a very slight orangey tinge which mine doesn't have.
The glass on mine is opaline but very translucent.
