Blue Heat Sensitive Glass Vase
« on: January 13, 2018, 05:39:38 PM »
Dear All,

good evening.... here's a well executed vase which I've not seen before. It's 12" tall and appears to be made from heat sensitive glass, similar to Pearline but clearly not. My initial take it that it is Italian due to the handle styling however .....  would anybody recognise the design?

With kind regards

Andrew

Don't recognise the design but my first impressions are Deco and Czech.

Dear John,

thank you. Feedback elsewhere has pointed to Kralik, possibly 30's to 50's. More art deco than Jugendstil. Not definitive but honing it down.
