Orange Spatter Glass Vase Threaded Signed SW Help ID Please

This vase has orange spatter to clear and gray threading.
It has engraved mark initials on bottom: "SW"
It measures approx 20cm tall.
Just hoping to find out origin and or maker of this piece.
