Identification of quality cut glass vase

Hi all, I picked up this lovely heavy quality cut glass vase recently and need some help with identification. Its cylindrical, 7 inches high and 5.5 inches diameter and has a star cut base. I assume its late 20th century but I haven't seen this design before. Any suggestions appreciated
