Thanks for the replies,it could be Victorian as it has air bubbles and a few inclusions I just thought the fish eye pattern maybe a bit younger?.It’s 10cm ht and 8 cm Wd was with 11 layers, no number sadly, thanks.

VSL has got a goblet with the dimensions H 10,2 cm x D 7,6 cm. It has the same amount of 11 layers. Catalogued 1913 as 'marqued  nr 41' but i don't know how serious to take this, as unmarked items are not unusual. Designed around 1900.

Thanks Anne,i’ve Just done a serious measurement and the width is 7.7cm and the ht pretty much 10.2 although it has a slight lean,it’s got to be I would say.If I were an optimist there could be a small O or D on the base, but this could be a slight blemish from the making.I love it and the seams work really well with whole aesthetic,it’s got character. Thanks again :)

Pretty sure I have seen these in a Sowerby catalogue, possibly 1885, haven't got mine to hand at the moment so I can't check.
I have seen similar items in at least two different sizes over the years.
