Can anyone id this piece of blown moulded (I think)
« on: May 01, 2019, 06:24:29 PM »
Hi All, hope someone can help.  I found this piece in West Yorkshire in the UK recently and my immediate thought when I saw it was Czech, but I cannot find anything either on the web or in my books, so I'm hoping that someone will be able to either id it or point me in the right direction.  I think blown moulded, it measures 15 cm in length x 9 cm wide x 8.5 cm high and weighs almost 950 gm.  The shape is oval rather than round with 'lobes' worked inwards towards the base.  The base itself is very smooth and polished.  I've attached 4 images with this initial post and another 2 with the next post.  Hope someone might recognise the work.
