Attempting to age and attribute Cenedese glass flutes
« on: January 22, 2020, 12:31:38 PM »
I'm hoping the vast knowledge out there is able to throw some light on the age and designer of some Murano Champagne Flutes I picked up. The glasses are 13 3/4 inches high with a 2 3/4 rim diameter. They have the blue shield Murano, Cenedese label as well a "made in murano italy" label and an etched Cenedese signature to the base. I've seen some have gold leaf as part of the stem and was wondering if these could be the same.
I've trawled Google and found nothing similar.
Thanks in advance

Looking at the sales tag on the image of this set, they appear to be fairly modern production.  Unfortunately, the link from the image is missing, so no further information was accessible

Thank you for that. The tag is from an auction where I obtained them from, unfortunately they were unable to provide any information

Your best bet might be to email the company.  Let us know what you find out.
