I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions.  I have just returned from the USA with both Smoke & Ice, and Fire & Sea.  I also treated myself to Bill's book Scandinavian Glass - Creative Energies.

Bill, the only little quibble with your book is the lack of measurements which makes it hard to judge the scale of some pieces.  Otherwise, it's simply gorgeous to look at and a great reference book.

Many thanks

Thank you for the kind words on my book. They are really appreciated.

Consideration is being given to writing a book on Orrefors lamps and chandeliers from the 1950s. I hope to get in the Orrefors Archives in the near future.

Another concept for a book on the history of Skruf Glass Works in Sweden.

Best
