The second word in the bottom pic is signed Penhaligon's.

They are a perfumier.

I found this on Etsy about them launching a pet range:
https://www.etsy.com/listing/777471096/penhaligons-london-pet-bowl-koi-fish

so perhaps they also offered item ranges other than perfume at various points?
They are London based so maybe the bowls are from a London maker?

long shot but the nearest I could find in Studio Glass with an applied trailed rim and also NOT in clear glass was this one by Paul Barcroft:

He does make absolutely immaculate glass and yours seems to fit that bill.  So it's worth perhaps emailing to ask?

Hi

Thanks  so much for the replies. Its really appreciated.

It looks very much like Paul Barcrofts work but the signature does not quite seem correct, I don't know how to contact him to see if he could confirm its by his hand.

The Penhaligans mark is a bit of a curveball as I can't see how it would be utilised in a perfumery context. Its very fine glass so I wouldn't imagine it would have been a receptacle for a product.

Cheers

Chip

Penhaligon's is quite specific to the perfume maker when searching.  So I think it must have something to do with them, perhaps made to be displayed in the window maybe with a new product launch?

I agree the signature isn't quite right.  It might be worth emailing Penhaligon's customer services to ask if they can find out who made it?
