Please help my to find the designer/ factory of this vase.

Hello and welcome. 
You have a piece of fairly contemporary Chinese glass. Finding one designer or actual factory for such a thing is not really very likely.
I can tell from the rough way it is finished off on the base, in conjunction with it being large, heavy and colourful, with the design being not very carefully laid out and uneven bits inside the rim where colours meet. All absolutely typical of fairly recent production.
More recently, the base finish is much better done. They are improving all the time and have now got masterglassmakers from other countries such as Poland teaching.
