Help With Heavy Art Deco Like / Sklo Union Vase
« on: April 21, 2021, 04:52:59 PM »
Hi folks. I am hoping someone in the forum might help identify this heavy pressed glass vase. It measures approx 8" inches tall and has a birdbath type base I associate with Czech pieces. The designs are like half circles. Does anyone know the maker? Thank you.

Looks similar to Hermanova Hut, pattern No. 20040 designed by Frantisek Peceny 1960.  Might be a starting point

Thanks for the input. I checked out that model by Peceny and that vase pattern has round "windows" or "eyes". This one resembles more along the lines on an Orrefors vase by Simon Gate referred to as "Thousand Windows". I say looks like, because mine doesn't have a foot and is unsigned.
