Mystery Vase.

Lilac Body with Blue Lobes and an Applied Disc with Stylised Portrait of A Lady

has A Feel of Some Quality about It.

Zelezny Brod Sklo might be a good place to start looking. The shape is similar to some of their neodymium glass vases, which I suspect yours might be, if it changes colour in different light sources.
Can't think of any other suggestions, but someone will be along I'm sure
