I can't see any diagonal fold lines. It displaces 150cc. of water so the density is 500/150 = 3.3gm. per cc. I do think it's the most untactile piece of glass I've ever handled.

The way the handle is applied on the outer side looks exactly like mine. Perhaps the lack of fold lines indicates a subsequent improvement, mine also has quite a pronounced vertical mould line nearish to the handle.  The high density pretty much proves pre 1850 I would say. May be Baccarat or St Louis or a similar European manufacturer active at this time.
