Another T.W. piece with the mid thirties to later forties circular back stamp. A pan-topped flower vase I assume - c. 8 inches tall (20 cms.) with radial star burst cutting around a pontil depression (not shown).
Of most interest is what I'd suggest are the copper wheel cut stylized flowers, with parts left matt from the wheel and others polished, and it looks to be that this one isn't intaglio. The flower is very attractive and skillfully produced, particularly the out rim of the flower which appears as a slightly shade - the mitres look to be cut in standard form. All comments welcome - praiseworthy, or contentious.
