Tiny apple shaped perfume bottle

Can anyone help me identify this tiny little perfume bottle please. It looks apple like to me and is signed on the base. Measuring just under 2 inches in size

We would need to see larger photographs please.  If you upload them to 600 x 400 pixels that should work.  Also need to see a pic of the sig.

They're much better but can you rub some talk or chalk/flour into the sig as it's impossible to read unfortunately.  I think I can read 1984 as the bottom line but that' all.
