IOWSG Ribbons, unknown colourway?
« on: June 14, 2023, 09:54:32 AM »
I love a good mystery, as long as it gets solved :)  One for Anton/Ron to have a look at.

Clues:-
Square gold label dates to '92-'95.
Ribbons in black and white colourways '88-'93.
Black & red/orange for Japanese market early 90's.
Red for German market late 80's.

I'm thinking it's a trial in '92/'93 of new colours for the range before deciding to cease production of Ribbons in '93, sales may have not responded well enough.  Perhaps it was made for overseas clients but didn't go into production.
