"Everything is from God's blessing"

This came from the collection of James IS Wood which was selling off recently. James had a large collection of commemoratives, which he wrote up in a self-published book, "A Pressing Occasion".
Looking around on the pressglas.de site, they say this is unknown, though it looks similar to a Walther plate from 1904.

Mine is 6 inches across, with a low non-lead density of 2.45g/cc
