Victorian Uranium Bullseye pedestal vase 22cm

Would welcome any opinions on this bullseye pattern vase, the colour reminds me of Molineaux Webb or early Sowerby around 1860-80. Has an unusual globule on the underside of the foot in centre of daisy stamp.
