I'm almost positive that Michael Ruh is the maker, the little bowls are very similar and the signature and place seem right. I've emailed him for confirmation and will report back.

I have positive identification from Michael Ruh that this is one of his products. It is an Occhi Salt cellar, made in all colours, they retail at £22.50 so not worth much yet, maybe in 50 years time! Strangely Alistair Malcolm also emailed me confirming that the signature was his, however he didn't remember making the piece, so even he was confused by the signature. Thanks everyone for your help.

I will add "Michael Ruh" to the title. But do we know which country this was made in?
