Since no one else has given a guess, I will get out on a limb  ;D

Italian, most likely from the Empoli region.  I have had a set of glasses which were very similar - same honey amber color, thin white lining and the same wafer knop on the stem.  They did not have the bubbles in the base.

Somewhat similar pieces can be seen in Popular '50s & '60s Glass - Color Along the River by Leslie Pina on 145.  They are not identified in the book but Ivo (I think) has identified similar as being from Empoli.
