Hi,
My apologies to all.

Due to a maladroit (read: bumbling and incompetent) attempt to up-date the "Some Views" page at www.sklounion.com the page is currently unavailable. I managed inadvertently to delete the whole caboodle, during a really dodgy upload connection, and am now in the process of trying to re-construct the page from an older version.

I'm not sure how long it will take, (not a gifted html user) but will keep you informed once it is back.

Again, my humble apologies,

Marcus.

(Departs left of stage in sack-cloth and ashes, using flagellae, and muttering to self "Stupid boy") :(

hi Marcus

just been looking on your site and came across Ivo's eye bath Jardiniere by Frantisek Vizner and was just wondering if my vase is by him?

Hi Ray,
Ivo's item is the block jardiniere. Yours is the eye-bath jardiniere, pattern number 13162, Rudolfova Hut' 1962.
Not easy from your image to tell which of these finishes, polished, matte, and rubbed matte.
Regards,
Marcus

Low areas are matte, high points are polished.

Hi,
Nearly there. Please note there are two or three links that I need to change and several blank spaces which are for new images.
Note also two additions, a link to a real Jiri Repasek item, and that the Jurnikl's "cog" vase range has been altered to reflect its proper pattern name. Also there are some slight layout alterations.
Thanks for your tolerance,
Marcus
Exits stage right, smiling, and looking for a glass of claret........

Marcus, take the day off and relax. You need to have a break after all your hard work! Good luck with the refurbishment  ;D
