I think your file was saved as a paintshop pro image instead of jpg.  If you don't have paintshop pro it would cause problems maybe

Well I have taken a look at the photo properties and they are jpegs, so its not that! I do not understand why I am all of a sudden having a problem.

For me, your pictures always insist on downloading as jpegs, not on opening, which is a bit of a pain because I then have to delete them. I wonder whether it's where they're hosted
