Strange looking cut glass attenuated bottle...???

Can anyone give me any information about this strange looking clear cut glass bottle please?  It stands 8" high and has a series of vertical cuts around the base, long narrow neck and perpendicular lip.  Engraved on the lower part is what looks like the letter F with a J superimposed on it (please see pic) and the number 81.  I have absolutely no idea where it was made or by whom except that it looks a little Orrefors-like.  Many thanks for your help.
