Topic: banned from glassgallery help please?

Hi there can anyone help me please, I wanted to post a question on here and tried to log into my glassgallery account and it says i am banned. I did nothing wrong, honest Gov. Seriously i did nothing wrong except could not remember my log in details so tried a few and then got banned what should i do next.

Anne will be able to sort you out. The account is probably locked because you will have put in three wrong passwords.

Thank you Cathy, i hate passwords, i have so many they are a bind. i have so much trouble remembering them and then you have to remember a login name as well.

Switch to using Firefox as your browser and never worry about forgetting passwords or ID's again!

Well i have now set it to my browser, but to be honest havent got a clue what it will do. I am as daft as a brush.

Cazza, don't worry, the ban only lasts five minutes. It's just to protect the gallery from someone trying numerous logins or a brute force password cracker. It gives you five attempts to get it right then you get the ban notice which auto-expires in five minutes from the last failed attempt.
